Danielle Swann is a perennial, award winning top-agency builder and people developer. With over 25 years in the financial services industry, Danielle has consistently championed the critical work of financial advisors by supporting their vision to realize their maximum potential. Those that know Danielle describe her as a “serial mentor and advocate”, with an acute ability to develop future leaders with habits and insights to build profitable and sustainable businesses that continue the important work of this profession.

Directly after Graduate school, she joined MetLife as an advisor, a choice driven by a profound desire to help others in achieving financial preparedness. Her own family’s tragic encounter with a devastating fire became the catalyst for her unwavering commitment to making a difference in the lives of others, especially from unexpected life events.

Danielle has excelled in diverse leadership roles, from sales, recruiting and marketing to senior leadership. In her current role with Lifetime Financial Growth, a top agency of Guardian, her passion lies in growing the firm’s impact. Since becoming a General Agent in 2015, the firm’s footprint has grown from three states to seven and from 150 to over 330 advisors serving over 80,000 clients across the country.

Danielle is a frequent panelist and speaker at a variety of industry educational events, focusing on the topics of motivation, team building, mentoring and leadership.

She is a current member of FINSECA (Financial Security for All) and National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors (NAIFA). She holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration and Management and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA) from Youngstown State University. Personal time is spent with family and friends creating lasting memories.
